Neil Linder, Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Linder (former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, from September, 1996 to February, 2008), was appointed a director of the Company on June 10, 2011. Mr. Linder has been in the investment business for 28 years. He began his career in 1984 working as an investor relations consultant with Dimension House Inc., one of the first investment bankers to focus on junior industrial companies in Canada.
In 1985, Mr. Linder founded a boutique venture company called Strategic Equity Investment Corp. ("Strategic Equity") and began raising capital for growth companies and created business strategies for raising capital in the junior industrial sector. Mr. Linder is still currently the President and CEO of Strategic Equity.
Mr. Linder has been a director of several private and public companies, including Global.
Ms. S McIntosh, CFO
Ms. McIntosh has over 20 years experience in the accounting and banking industry, having attained an MBA from the HEC Montréal, Affiliated with the Université de Montréal, a BA, English Literature from Concordia University, Montréal, Quebec, and a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC), Science from the prestigious Marianopolis College, Montréal, Quebec. Ms. McIntosh is currently the Managing Director of McIntosh Financial, a Montréal based capital advisory firm and previously, was Managing Director of CPVC Financial Corp, an investment and financial advisory firm providing finance to small and medium size private and public growth businesses in Canada and the United States, and a combined 12 years as Manager Subordinate Financing, BDC, Montréal, Québec and as Relationship Manager, Bank of Montréal, Montréal, Québec .
